-Contracting with specialized & experienced companies to ensure quality & Outstanding work required for technical works around All Division Properties & Projects-Dubai.

- Support & follow-up of all maintenance, supplying & service contracts.
Support & follow-up of contractual/non-contractual maintenance.

*RESPONSIBILITIES;

1. Survey/search suppliers to source the best service with competitive rates to maximize financial surplus.
2. Review new contracts for completion of terms, conditions, ensure contracts have been reviewed& approved at the appropriate level.
3. Maintain all contract related-documents to endure supplier/vendors are meeting their contractual obligations, facilitate easy document retrieval.
4. Follow up the implementation of contracts & agreement with other parties, maintenance schedule & spare parts.
5. Provides advice & guidance to departments on all contractual issues in an effective & accurate manner.
6. Establish good communication with suppliers/contractor to ensure successful delivery of contractual obligations.
7. Assess the performance of vendors & suppliers in coordination with other sections.
8. Provide reviews & analysis of the tenders & contract data, prepare relevant studies, statistics & reports on regular basis.
9. Ensure the contracts renewals are initiated in timely manner.
10. Develop an efficient policy for contracts & agreement.
- Additional tasks assigned by superiors & reporting head treated & processed immediately by researchers to get it in an outstanding way.
