• Managed projects from the beginning of site due diligence process, through the approvals and permitting, and construction phase.
• Monitored technical employees and work crews by assigning and prioritizing duties and tasks, making hiring recommendations, and providing direction and disciplinary action
• Review all Contractor submittals related to his discipline addressing Method Statements, Project Quality Plan, Safety Plan, Schedules and compliance with Project objective.
• Review all Contractor submittals related to shop drawings, materials submittal, RFI, RFP and site works inspection
