Al-Haramain Express Train Project is providing a new Electric Railway for passengers. With a length of 450 km and operational speed of 300 Km/h. Responsibilities: overseeing all the logistics of a construction project activities, Coordination and completion of projects on time and within budget. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.Ensure resource availability and allocation. Report and escalate to management as needed. Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders.Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each projectSupervising immediate subordinates to manage volunteers, staff and schedules that are related to the daily construction issues of a project.
Leading team in preparing construction Method Statements (MS) and monitor site execution work.Ensure that all construction activities will meet Company requirements, meets the budget, schedule, quality, safety and environmental.Manage all construction activities, including short and long term.Responsible for Construction activities, defining manpower and logistic requirements.Ensures co-ordination between various divisions, sections and disciplines during Construction execution, to ensure that all act in harmony for smooth execution.Ensures that all reports start from project commencement until close out will be provided based on scheduale.
Riyadh RING ROAD NORTH WEST LEG (RHS900, 000, 000): The project includes new construction of 27 KM HIGHWAY with 7 interchanges, 3 viaduct bridges (the height between 35 and 90 meters), 11 box culverts, 27 KM drainage system and 46 km New Jersey barriers . I worked as asite engineer in several activites in this period : 1-steel yards manger 2-site engineer substructure(piles, pilecaps, pier col) 3-site engineer super structure(pier cross head and girders 4-site engineer miscellaneous works (drainage sys, electrical tranches, N.J.P, earth work)
My responsibilities: 1- Preparing site reports and completing other site documentation 2- Conducting preliminary site inspections of potential construction sites to determine essential tasks 3- Resolving technical difficulties that occur during a construction project
site engineer:North riyadh sewage line project The project was 104 km of sewage pipe line with different dia (200mm to 600 mm) My responsibilities: 1- liaising with clients, subcontractors, local authority employees, architects and other professionals, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager. 2-preparing site reports and logging progress. 3-ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to. 4-providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
