End-to-End Bid Process:

Strategic Leadership:
o Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines.
o Align project objectives with client needs and overall goals.
Technical Expertise:
o Provide Electro-Mechanical engineering support for manufacturing processes and equipment.
o Review technical and commercial comparison sheets for supplier offers
Responsibilities:
Have the overall responsibility for directing and managing the department. Your role involves ensuring the
fulfillment of company requirements by overseeing the implementation, operation, and maintenance of both ongoing
construction and operation and maintenance projects. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the
study and evaluation of new projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare tenders for all electrical project requirements in accordance with technical specifications
and bills of quantities.
2. Evaluate technical offers, supervise the preparation, and ensure consultants' approval of all
technical submittals before executing contracts.
3. Negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring favorable prices, conditions, and adherence to project
timelines
