• Risk management & ISO 9001 auditing and following its instructions.
• Set an annual budget for maintenance and spare parts.
• Conducting and Follow up machine preventive and corrective maintenance and supervising the functions of troubleshooting & predictive / preventive maintenance for identifying areas of obstructions and reducing machinery downtime to minimum (Conduct preventive maintenance programs and keep maintenance records).

• Troubleshoot, maintain and repair industrial, electrical and electronic control systems and other related devices.
• Production line monitoring to ensure that production lines are continually running.
• Managing overall activities pertaining to erection, testing, commissioning and maintenance of a wide range of Electrical equipment like Transformers, pumps, Motors, VFD & Servo drives, SIEMENS SCADA / PLC Systems and process control & Instrumentation equipment.
• Implementing the maintenance and safety procedures and identifying materials required to maintain equipment in the prescribed condition.
• Participating on the implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Conducting electrical and mechanical adjustment as necessary for fully automation packing machines and production lines.
• Maintaining administrative control of records related to maintenance and production program.
• Programming the PLCs and inverters and modify its program if needed to do its appropriate function.
• Electrical panels: (AC/DC drives & electrical panels) design and troubleshooting the panels faults.
