-Identified the required facilities maintenance and upgrading requirements that ensured accurate budgeting for newer replacement programs.
-Coordinate all administrative tasks and services needed related to the maintenance and operations of UFC equipment
-Develop & implement maintenance plans as per PETRONAS Aviation standards and in-line with the latest JIG requirements
-Establish supply contracts for the provision of spare-parts
-Develop and maintain a high level of coordination with operations to ensure that equipment records updated on a timely basis in accordance with PETRONAS standards.
-Develop capital and operational expenditure budgets, and forward them for onward verification by CEO for JOC approval.
-Develop work program for optimal utilization of resources.
-Maintain good relations with key external contacts such as local and airport authorities, inspections authorities, fire department and other related parties.
-Motivate the subordinate in the operations department to improve performance through appraisals and feedback, supervision, training & development and improving teamwork.
-Undertake random audit at all units to ensure compliance to international standards.
-Report defects / irregularities of hydrant system, refuelling loading and testing facilities to Aramco for their further action.
-Compile expenses records by the JO, prepare report and submit to JO Manager.
-Maintain good relations with key external contacts such as local and airport authorities, inspections authorities, equipment suppliers and other related parties to ensure that UFC receives the required level of service and support for it to meet its corporate objectives.
-Manage the Aviation Fueling operations, Depot & Into-plane.
-Design, develop & implement systems and procedures in relations to facilities routine & preventive maintenance.
-Develop and control the annual operating expenses and continuously optimize resources and implement cost saving measures.
-Maintain regular inspection and ensure maintenance / preventive program established & are carried on time.
-Continuously monitor inventories & product volume variation performance and undertake immediate interventions.
-Manage and monitor the implementation of HSE System.
-Develop, coordinate and implement staff development plans.
-Monitor staff performance by conducting periodic performance reviews.
-Implement company policies and procedures.
-Establish and promote relations with the Airport and local authorities.

* Coordinate product deliveries with depot dispatch center.
* Control local fleet dispatches.
* Coordinate trucks availability with transport chamber for (company means) customers and stock transfer process.
* Perform meter movement reports and process reconciliation with sales summary and gate records on daily basis.
-HSE Implementation.
* Implement HSE systems requirements in all depot operations.
* Implement Permit to Work procedures and control contractors activities.
* Perform regular inspection on transportation fleets and ensure fleet safety standards are adhered to.
-Inventory Management.
* Follow up quality control tests on product receipts.
* Implement quality control procedures for aviation fuels receipts and dispatches.
* Check depots daily activities reports and monthly PVV performance and investigate and justify abnormal variations.
* Perform periodic calibration of product measuring equipment and maintain records.
* Control and supervise product receipts, downgrading and re- branding process according to operations manual requirements.
-Opex Control.
* Supervise contractors for implementing depot's maintenance schedules and OPEX plan.
* Handle all contractors payments administration works and secure proper approvals.
* Check depot OPEX reports on monthly basis and justify deviation from plans.
-Maintenance and Housekeeping.
* Perform preventive maintenance schedules according to company maintenance system on depot assets.
* Control and update equipment history and maintenance records for all depot facilities.
* Implement depot housekeeping activities.
* Supervise operations contractors works performed in depot workshop. Maintain workshop housekeeping.
-Depot Security Control.
-Contractors Administration.
* Follow up maintenance contracts renewal and keep records.
* Assess maintenance contractors performance and give feedback.
* Initiate contractors development programs.
-Make the implementation plan for all regions.
-Assist in subcontractor’s qualification.
-Supervise all the north region office activities.
