The project is to create, implement and maintain the infrastructure of main roads, internal and necessary facilities needed to complete the construction, residence housing project AL Ehsaa.
The following are the major works:-
1- Construction work for highways permanent site for the entire project with all complementary business involved.
2-The temporary fence and concrete barriers.
3-The establishment and maintenance of temporary roads and traffic control.
4-Rainwater drainage networks.
5-Drinking water systems and fire fighting systems.
6-Sewage networks and pumping stations.
7-Settlement of the levels of the site and rainwater drainage systems and pumping stations.
8-Electrical power systems for medium and low- voltage substations comprehensive package for these works.
9-Street lighting and traffic signals.
10-Networks of irrigation water.
11-Civil works for communications networks.
12-Drinking water reservoir and pumping station.
13-Irrigation water tank and pumping station.
14-Linking connections to networks and existing services.

16-Roads and temporary facilities provide the owner and architect and construction staff and contractors, third-party access safe ways for the project, conflict management and traffic control around the perimeter of the project including temporary lighting and signs.
17-Permanent street maintenance, the project in ways that provide access controlled and directed by the Engineer to adjust the movement and traffic safety references and manually for each of the vehicles and pedestrians. This includes providing temporary power and lighting and banners.
18-Coordinate with responsible parties and extraction permits coordination with contractors for the processing of safe corridors and transfers each contractors working at the project site
19-Maintain the cleanliness of the streets and the project area.
20-Water supply by water tankers or through an integrated network of irrigation.
21-Maintenance of landscaping work for the forestation: To provide the owner / contractors and third-party with the Connections, coordination and testing services for the services and facilities were closed and different ways.
1.Assisted in preparation of the main contract program, Monitor main contract program and record progress against the requirement, prepare short-term weekly look-ahead programs and ensure these are achieved and ensure program requirements are communicated to site staff. Activities involved in preparation of method statements and make sure to bring changes in them as per latest technologies that can be merged in it.
2.Prepare detailed monthly forecast of labor and plant in co-ordination with higher management and site personal with feasible options on both sides. Follow-up and assist with all types of material submittals prior to procurement. Material Procurement for projects are discussed with the Project Manager, Commercial team as per the procurement schedule and make sure to implement at the earliest as per project requirement.
3.Conduct regular meetings with key subcontractors to ensure the requirements of the project in terms of program, quality, safety and submittals are being achieved by the subcontractor. Continuously monitor performance of subcontractors on site and maintain daily contact with subcontractor management to ensure proper co-operation. Regular liaison with Safety Officer on site and conduct regular inspections and discuss safety issues with Safety Officers on a continual basis.
• Plan, schedule, execute and coordinate all technical & managerial aspects of the project.
• Assign work to Site Engineers in accordance to company policies, procedures and limits of authority. Monitor performance and assure achievement of all predefined objectives.
• Monitor project costs & expenses complying with organizational forecasts and budgets.
• Ensure strict adherence to project HSE policy, safety rules & regulations and company guidelines fulfilling contract requirements.
• Coordinate with the Procurement department for finalizing required contracts & subcontracts for executing various jobs. Assist in preparing subcontract agreements covering scope of work and specifications.
• Interact with other departments of the company, clients & consultants and ensure all QA/QC requirements, production schedules and deliveries are achieved.
• Schedule and monitor all mobilization of manpower, materials and equipment on the project site required for construction & maintenance activities.
• Review and evaluate all technical submittals and shop drawings prior to submission to client/consultant to assure correctness and completeness.
• Brief all parties on the scope & requirements of jobs before commencement and clarify all queries.
