• Responsible for assigning roles for team members and following up on tasks execution
ensuring conformity with department policies and procedures, through regular
communication of all needed info.
• Responsible for implementation of purchasing cycle through securing needed materials,
• getting optimum offers and prices from suppliers to meet the specifications required by
the company.
• Following-up on contracts executions and the delivery of agreed upon terms.
• Issuance of periodical reports to include follow up on global & local prices in addition to
continuous search for better suppliers to ensure the highest quality of supplied materials
• Informing the management team with related key
Responsible to deal with governmental organizations & any necessary
External communication.
Responsible to do all Human resources management roles included next:
1. Interview and select the new candidates to fit the open vacancies.
2. Recruit and select the working staff.
3. Train and develop the working staff to fit high performance level.
4. Evaluate and assess the working staff performance.
5. Revise & approve all the monthly wages and staff salaries.
1. Responsible to organize the location.
2. Responsible to do all montage for programs.
3. Assist the Director for preparing working papers.
