• Previewing all individuals’ updates on a daily basis to evaluate his/her performance during the working hours as well as monitoring working hours to compare the effectiveness & productivity of each individual
• Weekly meetings with the team to get a full feedback of the problems faced and suggestions that can help in achieving best results and satisfactions for both parties Staff and customers
• Diagnosing problems by getting data feedback from system updating through customer history
• Archiving problems coming across the system and submitting them to the head of the department during the weekly meetings
• Arranging special packages for the existing corporate customers facing problems towards their liabilities with the bank. (Delinquent customers)
• In charge of the recovery accounts of salary transfer loan, credit cards and auto loans as well as handling all overdue and stuck up of delinquent cases.
• Exhibit owenership of business and maintain operational integrity of the area
