Being part of the Environmental and Social team enabled me to handle all the aspects related to the Environmental and Social aspects including Authorities permits and International Financing Institutes like IFC and EBRD Performance Standards and Action items.
Undergoing the Due diligence process enabled me to be more aware of the international Lenders Requirements and Performance Standards.
Moreover, Being part of Infinity Solar's Family enabled me to play an effective role in the Benban Developers Association (BDA) which handles all matters related to the 40 Developers in the Benban Solar Park which will be -by Completion of Construction- the largest to produce 1.8 GW of Electricity under the FiT Program in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
My Role includes but not limited to :
•Support and Assist the Business Development team.
•Develop Policies and Procedures for the Solar sites related to the Environmental and Social aspects.
•Organize meetings, Arrange for meetings between team members, and between team members and clients (Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings)
•Record minutes at meetings (chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members)
•Keep detailed project notes and records (Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures)
•Monitor E&S progress, budget, hours, etc
•Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings (Track and manage incoming paperwork)
•Keep all members of the team up-to-date with current information and paperwork
•Communicate with team members to ensure maximum efficiency
•Complete a variety of different tasks, many of which will vary on a day-to-day basis (Undertaking project tasks as required)
•Work outside of normal business hours
•Organized, efficient, good at multi-tasking, a good communicator
•Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
•Providing administrative support as needed.
Tender documents preparation and structuring Portfolio Management (6 projects)
Allocate resources and Development of Budget needed for the portfolio Communicate with external stakeholders Conduct market research and analysis to identify new markets and customer needs to create marketing initiatives for promoting company’s products/services.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing stakeholders Build and maintain good relations with different project stakeholders
Obtain contact information of potential customers through cold calling, internet research and emailing Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople Coordinate with internal teams to develop and implement new marketing and sales strategies. Identify and qualify new customers based on company’s business model and guidelines.
Maintain a database of potential customer’s contact numbers and emails
Assist business development team in creating business plan, business model, project budget and scope of work
Assist senior management in deal negotiations, contract development, due diligence, and other business development projects
Work closely with internal team to deliver business services with high level of customer satisfaction.
• Keep track of any variations to the contract that may affect costs and create reports to show profitability and/or un-profitability
• Issue the required variations after studying all the related aspects (Quantities, Cost, Time, Quality, etc...)
• Prepare and issue required purchase orders.
• Review and issue subcontractors’ invoices.
• Extract quantities from Electrical Drawing/Scope description.
• Calculate quantities of the BOQ items and issue quantity survey submittals
• Issue monthly contractor invoice.
Main Responsibilities:
• Responsible for reviewing the shopdrawings and for applying any necessary modifications to meet the site conditions while considering the Egyptian Code for Electrical Design.
• Prepare and issue formal/complementary documentation such as RFIs, DFCs.
• Prepare and issue Shopdrawing submittals and as built drawings.
Duties:
• Respond to British Customers inquires and complaints over the phone and help resolve their Network problems.
• Provide the British customers with the necessary process to refresh their SIM card and reconnect to the network in case of any network black out.
• Help activate the customers' new SIM cards.
• Promote Self Services if available.
• Promote helpful offers based on customers needs/issues
• Inform the customers with the necessary information.
Being an international account adviser at the Billing Dpt. my duties were :
• Handle British Customers inquires and complaints over the phone.
• Provide customer with accurate information and right solutions. *Offering and promote the best options for each customer to make sure it matches his/her needs and usage to avoid any extra charges.
• Ensure service level agreements are met and maintained.
• Tutor (Math I and II - English - Algebra and Geometry - Physics - Engineering Drawing).
• Motivate the students to understand the assigned curriculum.
• Asses and record progress and prepare students for examinations.
• Evaluate and Grade the students’ assignments and exams.
• Assist student who need extra support to complete their tasks.
• Organize the classroom and learning resources and create displays to encourage a positive learning environment.
obtained 60% scholarship for being a top student and was hired as a teaching assistant for Physics , Math , English among other Communication Engineering subjects .
