Savant Learning Partners is a small company with vast experience in supporting large
organizations with their learning needs by creating custom made training and development
programs.

As a Learning and Development Consultant I establish custom made training and development
programs based on the specific needs of an organization.
Key responsibilities: • Advising large companies in the Netherlands and Belgium on their in-company
training and development programs.
• Design and develop training and development programs (e.g. a four year
development program for intermediary and managers at a large employment
agency, several training programs for governmental organizations, an introduction
program for the employees of a conference centre)
• Leading project teams for developing training material.
• In-company trainer (custom made training e.g. project management, business cases,
financial accountability, train de trainer, didactic skills, communication skills)

Learning & Development Consultant and Trainer في Nederlandse Spoorwegen

The Nederlandse Spoorwegen is the railway company of the Netherlands, arranging
(inter) national passenger transport, providing service and information to their customers and maintaining the trains.

As a Learning and Development Consultant I have established custom made training,
development and change programs based on the specific needs of a division within the
Nederlandse Spoorwegen, e.g. NS Hispeed (international division), train drivers, service and logistics.
Key responsibilities: • Advising managers on their training and development issues related to the multi- annual plan and the composition of their team.
• Design and develop training, development and change programs (e.g. quality
training, management skills, system training)
• Leading project teams for developing training material.
• Trainer (custom made training e.g. train de trainer, didactic skills, developing training
material)

Junior Change Consultant and Trainer في Pentascope

Key responsibilities: • Consultant and project leader for (non) profit organizations with projects like establishing the volunteer division within the regional police, establishing the
information organization of the regional police, reorganization of an Intermediate
Vocational Training, integration between a black and white school, implementation of new systems within a large telecommunication company.
• Trainer (custom made training e.g. time management, soft skills, creativity, system
implementations)

approach is based on improvement, development and action planning. The information they
deliver is clear, to the point, confronting and stimulates immediate improvement.

As a Product Developer I have developed the organisational X-ray®. This is Europe's most
extensively used attitudinal model, because it encompasses all know attitudinal drivers like e.g. employee engagement, efficiency, role clarity, leadership, motivation.
Key responsibilities: • Developing the organisational X-ray® based on scientific research including model
report, training and communication.
• Train the trainer for colleagues.
• Co-author of the book 'Winnen met uw medewerkers'. A small book we gave to clients who executed the survey.
