Duties:


Coordinate and review all contracts, memoranda of understanding, joint ventures, settlement agreements, mortgage agreements, drafting of commercial contracts, and real state agreements, and court cases.

Audit contracts - in addition to following up on some projects at the sites (as a liaison between the company and the company overseeing the project implementation and follow-up conditions, and the mechanism of action required)

Preparing settlement agreements starting from payment till the release letter, under taking, handling guarantee process, legal correspondence and notifications correspondences.

Establishing corporate banking facilities, cash management, authorizing payments and reconciliation of payables/ receivables

Give legal opinion and advise to any department in the bank

Handling all the attached documents cases for a court and follow with court level

Coordinating collections on hard core buckets for Abu Dhabi Emirate.

Coordinating legal process on hard core buckets for Abu Dhabi Emirate.

Court Doc attached and follows it; police station procedure and chq return follow

Provides legal opinion in relation of staff problems, their tights and obligation, which is often coming in from personnel Administration.

Provides legal and opinion to other sections in the department regarding UAE Law and the provisions of its application to concluded agreements.

Carries out legal research on matters submitted to the department.

Provide opinion and prepare the various legal notes as regards the draft laws
