As a call taker; I response to life threaten emergencies like;

-Collapse building
-Floods
-Rape
-Arm robbery attack
-Treat
-Civil unrest
-Death, etc
I will get all important informations from the distress caller and report it to their respective response agencies;which will give me a feed back on the emergency, which I will now document into the emergency files in the computer.
As customer care representative officera;I receive our customer queries like;missing credits, can't make calls, bad network coverages, etc which I help in solving the problems with different applications such as;
Minsat for auditing customer's accounts
Streetsmart for product requst
CRM for managing customer's accounts, etc
I will finally document it on the customer's electronic files.
