• Prepare a preventive Maintenance Plan for a very complicated site, according To IHG standard.
• Created all the maintenance check lists “daily checks - weekly -monthly-3 monthly - …. etc” check lists for all site equipments, follow up the PM Implementation.
• Follow up all the utilities consumption - according to IHG Standard -on daily basis-.
• Prepare & Work with water quality book according to IHG requirements.
• Create escape plane -room door escape plan- for the hotel.
• Work with all electromechanical & architecture drawing.
• Work with the Ken Fix Program.
• Work with saving cost programs “water - electricity ….”.
• Work with the electric earth protection in the rooms & equipments.
