I Worked as Lead Project Engineer in Electrical distribution system Up-gradation Project. In this Project we successfully Upgraded the existing 11KV 1500KVA transformer with 11KV 2000 KVA transformer. The Bus Tie Duct was also up-graded from existing 3000 amps to 4000 amps capacity.
Similarly The 11KV 1000 KVA transformer was replaced with 11KV 1500 KVA transformer. The BTD was also Upgraded in order to cater the higher current ratting.
One 3.3KV 1600 KVA transformer was also replaced with 3.3KV 2000 KVA transformer. The HT incoming cable and BTD was also Up-graded in this project.

I was the team Lead Instrumentation and control in Automation project of ICI Pakistan Soda Ash business. The aim was to automate 3 boilers each with 15 TPH capacity. The Boiler control was shifted from UDC controllers and Bailey Loop command controllers to Allan Bradley PLC system. The PLC logic was developed in RSlogix 5000 and HMI was developed in RSView 32.
