Duties:
• I was fully responsible for timely and under budget completion of the project.
• I was a focal point of stakeholder’s management which included client, sub contractors, sup-pliers and my team.
• I maintained a consistent and constant relationship with Client to ensure client-contractor smooth relationship.
• I supervised and managed the approval of drawings and materials.
• I also supervised the delivery of all local and long lead items.
• I lead and conducted internal meetings to guide the team, made them aware of critical issues and kept them fully motivated to ensure the timely completion of project.
• I monitored the work program (planned and updated) closely and took necessary measurements to control the schedule slippages.
• I also supervised HSE and Quality Control teams and helped them in implementing the HSE and QA/QC manuals.
• Successfully completed the project on time and with profit.

Key Achievement: I took the project from middle. The project was already late and kept suffering with respect the time lines / schedule due to certain inappropriate decisions made by company management at start. The project entered in the last 03 months from completion, where major finishing and MEP activities were remaining to complete. I applied Agile Project Management Technique by breaking the remaining activities into small activities to monitor them on daily basis, daily detailed progress meetings, daily adjustment of schedule and targets, extra hour working, delegating decision making power to junior team member related to work they were supervising, increased resources where required and team motivation. At the end, by the help of Allah the great, we succeeded to complete the project on time.

• Directly supervised site activities and guided site teams at every step.
• Liaised on with CICPA and FWO Management for smooth progressing of project.
• Reviewed all submittals and directly coordinated with CICPA engineers to obtain their approvals.
• Created great communication, coordination and coherence between FWO and sub contractors’ teams which played a key role in timely completion of project.
• Attended CICPA / FWO Management meetings and briefed on project progress on monthly ba-sis.
• Chaired internal project team (FWO and its Sub Contractors) meetings and kept the whole project motivated and charged for obtaining daily, weekly and monthly targets and overall completion of project.
• Created/ Prepared detailed Level 4 work program and monitored the work progress based on that.
• Completed the project successfully on time and with profit without any single incident.
• Supervised the project facilities during the warranty period and did the final handing over on time without any major issues.

Key Achievement: The project was handed over to me when there was only 30% of time remaining while 70% of the progress was to be achieved. I managed the project, teams and resources in such a way that we could achieve 70% of the progress and handed over the project on time.
