Responsible for entering various data formats into the computer system of the company.
Answering the phone, faxing, compiling and sorting maintaning and organizing the paper and electronic documents, storing them properly for future reference and audit purpose.
Preparing the Customer Home Deliveries, supplier local and imports orders.
Performing other general administrative duties as requested by senior managers.
Provide excellent customer service with full information in any aspects concerning their requirements.
Responsibilities include answering the telephone calls, attending customer problems and complaints in an efficient and expedient manner, promptly addressing customer inquiries and placing follow-up to customer.
In charge of issuing refunds and exchange of items as well as preparing tender reports and daily store evaluation
Regularly communicates with all department head, section managers and staffs to ensure the efficient knowledge of current promotional items.
Knowledge of all company product, policies and procedure. Work as an individual in teams setting, to provide excellent customer service to our internal and external customers.
