I used to work as a project coordinator and a secretary to the manager
Handling a main project with NCR
Having the experience in secretary stuff like doing a formal letters and contracts and translating them
I start working in Vodafone after leaving AT&T and it wasn't easy to gain the English customer satisfaction but after 9 months of hard work I got promoted to team manager
Started as a customer serivce to an American company based in the states and got promoted to SME who can help the team to improve there skills and teaching them how to gain customer satisfaction
But I had to leave as the company relocated in the states and I wasn't able to relocate with it
