DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Answering and transferring calls and e-mails to ensure that queries that come through the reception have been addressed adequately.
• During events ensuring floral arrangements and venue setup is flawless the theme of the event is noticeable to all.
• Making orders for refreshments and snacks for VVIP flights and meetings.
• Receiving VVIP Guests.
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
• Monitoring of FBO pantry and machines in general and serving the VVIP guests with coffee and refreshments as they require.
• Ensure that paperwork in the reception is in order and that VVIP meeting room and FBO Lounges are tidy and well attended to at all times ready for use when we have new arrivals or departures.
