• Monitoring construction & Sub - contractors throughout all construction and
Commissioning phases to ensure integrity of work scope and that all work
Is carried out in accordance w/ project approved for construction drawings,
Specifications and project schedule
• Arranging required materials for ongoing jobs as per the work schedule.
• Executing modifications as per client requirements.
• Review project materials and drawings submitted by sub contractors to ensure
that they are as per clients specifications. Make recommendations to fix any deviation.
• Estimates volume of concrete and quantity of materials for all construction works.
• Daily inspection of quantity, size, and rebar installed. Formworks installation and all construction work as specified by the plan.
• Perform site inspections on daily basis to follow up on work progress ensuring
that work is carried out as per approved drawings, materials and work
Schedule
• Make sure all construction works shall be done in accordance to the standard construction methods and good engineering practices.
• Executing modifications as per the client’s specifications.
• Responsible for proper execution of structural plan, and all structural design as specified by the plan.
• Follow all relevant operational procedures & instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management procedures and control within the defined construction area to guarantee employee safety.
• Making as built plan drawing using auto cad operation (autocad2000, 2004)
• Coordinate with managers, supervisors on site to secure that all jobs are in compliance with the bldg. code.
• Responsible for proper execution of structural plan for rebar, and all structural design as specified by the plan.
• Manpower monitoring and scheduling
• Daily routine inspection on worksite before, during and after operations.
• Enforce proper housekeeping inside worksite.
• Follow all relevant operational procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Daily inspection of quantity, size, and rebar installed. Formworks installation, and all construction work as specified by the plan.
• Estimates volume of concrete and quantity of materials for all construction works.
• Prepare program of works for concreting, formworks and rebar works.
• Enforce proper housekeeping inside worksite.
• Identify & analyze critical path activities and contribute in developing mobilization and demobilization plans to meet the requirements, needs and direction of the project management.
• Arranging required materials for ongoing jobs as per the work schedule.
