Role Summary: Lead HRMS modules development and project execution, process improvements, enhance professional competencies of the team and enable them to meet all KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Head a team of technical resources for developing various HRMS modules to support business processes; assign and prioritize specific tasks for individual team member and coordinate overall team working.
• Lead projects across the entire system development and implementation cycle; plan projects with defined phases and ensure completion of each phase within assigned timeframe.

• Interact with users to ascertain if any improvements are needed; carry out improvements as per feedback received from users.

Role Summary: Led organization wide implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite R12.x Applications, designated Subject Matter Expert on Oracle E-Business Suite, completed several projects from requirements gathering to installing solutions and modules, and providing support to users.

Key Responsibilities:
• Headed implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite R12.x Applications that included Oracle Payroll, Oracle Core HRMS, Oracle Self-Service (SSHR), Oracle Alert, Oracle Learning Management (OLM), Oracle Talent Management, ERP Administration, and Approval Management Engine (AME).
• As SME on Oracle E-Business Suite, provided advisory services and technical support for various applications on ERP; guided the team and resolved any issues that appeared.

• Conducted comprehensive training sessions for end users to make them proficient on operating different ERP modules; developed detailed user manuals as ready reference for end users.
• Provide reliable support to the project after the ‘go-live’ phase by implementing process that facilitate quick problem resolution, effective system checks, and by generating reports on system performance.
• Created and managed Oracle Service Requests (SRs) such as - Level 1 (critical business impact), Level 2 (serious business impact) etc.
• Produced various reports by employing tools that included Oracle Discoverer, Oracle Reports and XML Publisher.
