Setting up and developing the Department of Human Resources, Administrative Affairs and Governmental Relationships.
Studying and establishing human resources polices to be convenient for the organization business and to be in conformity with labor and employment system applicable in the Kingdom, according to the latest developments and continuity of its development and approval from Ministry of Labor.
Establishing the internal policy (setting salary scale - job grades - allowances including transportation/ vacations/ internal or external transportation allowance).
Setting up and developing the job descriptions of the company's job positions.
Putting the annual budget of (Human Resources - Personnel Affairs - Administrative Affairs).
