1. Own and manage the relationships with clients group business leaders including senior managers.
2. Assist and participate in the delivery and execution of all HR strategic plans and initiatives.
3. Act as a consultant to internal clients and provide input on the HR implications of strategic and operational decisions and plans.
4. Provide support on the development of LM managers through coaching and mentoring.
5. Manage Personnel activities with concerned departments.
6. Ensure all HR & Admin services are provided to the employees in a timely fashion.
7. Provide consultancy & advisory services to internal clients and HR teams on the latest
developments/changes in HR Policies & Procedures and legal legislations.
8. Provide inputs on the design and delivery of trainings and development programs.
9. Ensure Timely Pay to all employees by providing all necessary Payroll and Personnel &
Compensation documentations on time and accurately.
10. Manage governmental documentations process for all employees.
11. Mange the flow of processing Leave & Travel Requisitions and related required documentations.
12. Ensure that terminations are subject to Labor Law and all required terminations documents are
provided.
13. Ensure that all divisional HR management reports are updated and provided to Div. HR Mgr. on regular basis as required.
14. Manage all the HR activities for new divisions.
15. Manage the recruitment of both locals and expats for corporate divisions.
16. Liaise and act as a HRBP and advisor for all the divisions’ needs with other supporting departments such as Central L&D & OD, Payroll, C&B, Employee Relations, finance etc.

2. Review personnel & recruitment documents to ensure policy compliance.
3. Coordinate HR issues with Corporate Divisions to ensure their compliance with HR policies and procedures.
4. Assist Div. Personnel Manager in all aspects of recruitement to ensure effective recruitment process ( For both Local and overseas canddiates ).
5. Review manpower plan budget to prepare an annual recruitement plan for the corporate divisions.
6. Ensure the progress of all recruitment activities for the division and remains active and is completed in a cost effective and timely manner and to the required standard.
7. Monitor and report on staff turnover rates, analysing causes of turnover and ensure all turnovers are fair and justified.
8. Monitor all outstanding contracts and work to ensure that all employees’ contracts are up to date.
9. Providing necessary support to Div. Personnel Manager.

» Supporting Training & Development Team in Job evaluation, Re-evaluation, comparison, organizational charts & JDs.
» Other assignments as agreed with the line manager and HR Manager.
1. Maximize the service level of providing the right candidate by understanding the manpower requirements of the division and providing timely service.
2. Liaise with local agencies/suppliers plus Local colleges, institutions, university by establishing good rapport in order to promote better industry-institute interaction.
3. Organizing the Career day event at the colleges by liaising with the institution, colleges, in order to recruit the merit candidates.
4. Sourcing the right candidate by complying and adhering to company polices and procedures in the area of recruitment & selection to meet standards of quality performance.
5. Coordination of the Interview process by interacting with the functional heads to recruit the right candidate for the job.
6. Complying with the Pre and post Recruitment formalities by following the standard procedures in order to ensure Recruitment is carried out as per Almarai policies and procedures.
7. Updating the recruitment status by interacting with the internal and external consultants to ensure timely information.
1. Maintain an updated roster of participant placements and potential job opportunities.
2. Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes.
3. Work closely with assigned business’ HRMs to deliver recruitment needs.
4. Suggest proper medias for approaching the right caliber candidates.
5. Follow up and coordinate with recruitment channels.
6. Execute pre-screening and/or final phone/face to face interviews for junior & mid level posts & supports all parties in concern with assessment.
7. Submit candidates offers and follow up on software until placing.
8. Coordinate with universities, events in relation to targeted hires.
9. Proactive coordination with departments for interviews..
10. Supervise & interact closely with staffing coordinator in charge of assigned hires as well as continuous follow up with on-boarding..
11. Support with weekly update on recruitment progress.
