PRIVATE AFFAIRS OF THE CUSTODIAN OF THE TWO HOLY MOSQUES, AL-YAMAMAH & AR-RAWDAH PALACES

Responsible for maintaining the functionality and appearance of a large multi asset residential and hospitality complex in addition to operating the technical systems servicing the property.
•Incorporate all the technical and non-technical services of the maintenance contracting company viz. HVAC, Plumbing & Hydraulic, Water Treatment, Civil, Low & Medium Voltages, Low current, Fire Fighting, Lifts & Escalators, Landscaping, Housekeeping & Soft Services, Kitchen & Laundry equipment etc.
•Weekly meeting with the service personals representing the client and following up the actions
•Regular inspection of the infra-structure & technical rooms and raise the work orders for corrective maintenance on daily basis.
•Implementation and regular application of the asset management system MAXIMO

Mechanical Maintenance responsibilities include reduction of the breakdown in all equipment by properly undertaking the maintenance of machineries in a systematic way with effort and team work.
•Leading a work force of highly skilled foremen, technicians and other experts to ensure maintenance and workshop activities.
•Adopting Preventive Maintenance Schedules for all equipments and periodic checking of Machineries.
•Prepare and send the preventive/predictive & corrective activities held in the maintenance division to all the concerned authorities on daily basis.
•SAP-ERP application in maintenance department, viz. preparing maintenance orders for breakdown & preventive maintenance activities, maintenance notifications, purchase requisitions, material reservations etc.
•Efficient planning for preventive and predictive maintenance activities for all critical equipment’s in the plant by routine inspection and monitoring and organizes in conjunction with the production plan.
•To execute / plan activities in order to keep the breakdown of equipments and machineries below the budgetary target for the three rolling mills and a wire rod mill situated inside the organization.
•Preparation and presentation of monthly breakdown analysis, efficiency and effectiveness of workforce, key performance indicators, achievements, factors for improvement etc.
•Attending daily meeting with all department delegates in order to discuss regarding general issues, breakdown of equipment’s etc. for continual improvement in the process and system.

Al Ittefaq Steel Products Company, Dammam, a subsidiary of Al Tuwairqi Holding Company is one of the biggest of its kind in the Kingdom and in the Middle East in the private sector producing hot rolled, high tensile, weld-able reinforcement steel bars of sizes from 12mm to 50mm, manufactured by using the Thermex Bar Quenching process, 8mm and 10mm rebars and 5.5mm to 14mm plain round coils through wire-rod mill. Responsible for assisting the Plant Manager in operational, plant related and administrative tasks.
•Management Representative for ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System implementation and documentation.
•Keep stock of critical spare items for the Maintenance Department.
•Prepare and keep the history card for all critical machines; breakdown analysis of machineries.
•Prepare and make drawings for the equipments/machine parts.
•Efficient use of the Equipments & its spares in the Maintenance Department.
•Adopting of Computerized Maintenance Management System.
•Also played a pivotal role in Production & Process Control.
•Provide direct and technical support to all staff of the Rolling Mill to resolve production and quality issues.
•Undertake management of workshop activities such as Pass Machining of Rolls, Guide box & Twister pipe settings etc. to achieve the production plans.
•Exercise functional authority for the planning, monitoring and integration of facilities and production areas.
•Undertake ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System Implementation and documentation for Production & Maintenance Departments.

•Knowledge of design of Roll passes for the mill stands and roll shop activities management
•Mechanical & Chemical testing of finished goods & materials using Mechanical / Digital Extensometer; Impact testing, Bend / Re-bend test, Spectro Analysis etc. and deformation geometry
