Project Management
• Involved in all phases of the project (from design and requirements through
implementation and support). Contributed to successful closure of projects on time and
under budget.
• Assisted the manager in maintaining project schedules, work breakdown structures
(WBS), issue/decision logs, meeting summaries and status reports to ensure effective,
ongoing communications across all team members.
• Designed reports, charts and graphs for senior management to provide ongoing, at-aglance
summaries of project status.

remained on track and aligned with project goals and expectations.

Project Management Role:
Responsible for the project management throughout the entire project lifecycle, including project initiation/proposals, project delivery, client management, post implementation review and project close out / handover.
• Setting budgets and agreeing project time scales and deadlines with clients.
• Holding weekly internal and external meetings on progress .
• Single point of contact for all communications between the customer.
• Managing staff to ensure that all milestones are achieved within the agreed timeframes.

As a Network Engineer some of my responsibilities are:
• Meeting with the Customers to understand there Business Requirements, accordingly preparing a Solution Design document.
• Providing IT Solution to the Customers with regular meetings with the clients.
• Preparing NISP (Network Integration & Support Plan) for Customer’s Projects.
• Preparing Project Implementation Schedule for the Customers.
• Preparing Pre-Implementation Document consisting of Core technical configuration of the Project.
• Complete Integration & Implementation.
• Submitting Post Installation document to customers & final sign off.
• Final Handover of the Project to HCL TAC by preparing & submitting final documents like Project Case Study.
• Providing Post Implementation Support to the Customers keeping in minding various SLAs.
Provided training for the Weekend and Corporate Batches on weekends and holidays.
My job duties consisted of:
• Prepare the 5-Day training schedule of the various weekday and weekend batches.
• Impart the training as per the schedule.
• Help the Students with regards to any difficulties.
• Evaluate the students through tests at the end of the course.
