• Reviewing, and designing of all types of structural elements on site including: Shear walls, beams, columns, slabs, curtain walls, cladding, canopy, and more.
• Supervising the proper construction of the different structural elements on site.
• Reviewing Submittals, Method Statements, RFI’s and RFC’s which include Architectural, Civil MEP submittals.
• Official Scribe for the project management team’s Progress, Technical and Procurement meetings.
• Conducting daily site visits to check structural elements and provide weekly quality reports
• Monitoring the contractor’s productivity of different trades
• Responsible for overseeing the selection process of tenders from issuing of the tenders until awarding to qualified contractor based on financial and technical requirements
• Worked on three major and unique projects that are located in different cities all over Saudi Arabia (King Abdullah Financial District (Riyadh), Mecca Grand Mosque Expansion Project (Mecca), King Faisal Specialist Hospital(Jeddah)
• Implement productivity monitoring systems.
• Monitor several teams of Quantity Surveyors whom are tasked to measure on site civil/Architectural and MEP works.
• Responsible for overseeing the selection process of nominated subcontractors/Sourcing of materials
