An organization involved in Food & Beverages business. Represent American and Lebanese franchises in Kuwait, Turkey and UAE. Having total staff strength around 400 plus in Kuwait, I had the honor to serve Universal Food Company.
Responsibilities:
Worked for subsidiary Universal Food Company and responsible for overall HR operations
Managed the recruitment, selection and hiring for local & international hires
Managed the entire staffing process including- recruitment, screening, conducted interviews, tests and selected employees to fill vacant positions throughout organization

Coordinated and managed the orientation of new UFC staff

Implemented web based HR Application- MENATECH
Ensured that within the parameters of cross-cultural and national limitations, all employment practices, compensation and employee benefits and human resources programs are within the limits of established standards, procedures, guidelines and policies of UFC
Ensured job planning and performance management system is established and implemented for UFC
Developed Employee Benefit & Retention Plan
Based on appraisal reviews worked in collaboration with Training Manager for Staff Development Programs
Assisted with the establishment of an in-house training system for staff and workers to include need assessment and new employee induction
Developed & implemented HR system and procedures and Company Quality Manual
Established 2 outlets for various concepts in 2 months, including local & international hiring, training of new staff
Conducted coordination and management of entire payroll function and supervised direct reports within the Payroll Team
