My role is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. Also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Working directly with the Project Manager and managing them from conception all the way through to final implementation. In addition to this gathering functional and technical requirements and map out the process flows / workflows for variety of key projects within the organization.
The core competencies: business planning, business / technical analysis, project management, full lifecycle project experience, reporting, communication, presentation, relationship building, stakeholder management, change management, workflow projects / document management.
Coordinating IT project implementation from beginning to end.
Responsible to Support the Team for major Technical Problems.
