Added to my responsibility as technical supervisor and tender some administration work which as follow:
Foreign purchase orders process on SAP and supplier portals (UD trucks, Palfinger equipment, Komatsu, DY cranes, Bobcat equipment, SANY equipment, International trucks, ASTRA trucks ... etc.).
Suppliers’ Letters of Credit management.
Shipping and customs clearance support.
Traffic registration and related matters.
Configure and order Bobcat equipment on supplier portal.
Configure and order Palfinger cranes on supplier portal.

Prepare the technical offers for sales man or tender supervisor.
Follow up with the suppliers the new equipment and trucks supplying process to get the equipment with the required specifications.
Follow up with the bodybuilder’s and subcontractors to get the identical supplied equipment.
Study new body builder project.
Evaluate new supplier’s offers from technical point of view.
Supervising all technical issues.

Design Section Head engineer supervisor the designs of the flowing products
( Tanks over semi trailer, tanks over Truck, Tanks over trailer, Garbage and all Refuse collector, semi trailer, containers over semi trailer and semi trailer chassis for carrying refrigerated Boxes, Closed Boxes over Semi Trailers)
Responsible for the flowing
1- Prepare the offers (technical - price) for any of above product.
2- Make the preliminary design of the product.
3- Searching and contact new suppliers for our products components.
4- Research and development our products range.
5- Supervising the detail drawing making of the first prototype.
6- Supervising the production of the first prototype for each product.
7- Supervising the modification on the normal product to matching the customer request and the world market and supervising the production to apply this modification in the product.
Make comparison between our products and the same products in the local market and outside markets ( price, quality and the design ideas)

-CCM (Continues Casting Machine) mechanical maintenance engineer.
-Responsible engineer for CCM during the first 300 casting (40 000 ton)
-Responsible engineer for CCM during starting hot commissioning and handling the problem during first heats
-Responsible engineer for final erection activities in the CCM for pre-commissioning and commissioning work
-Assistant engineer for foreign engineering in commissioning the hydraulic system of CCM “ continues casting machine “ and responsible engineering for this system after commissioning
- Preparing spare part list for hydraulic system of CCM.
- Preparing spare part list of the CCM and flow up with the workshop the manufacturing parts.
-Assistant engineer for foreign engineering in commissioning all mechanisms in CCM “ continues casting machine “
- Assistant engineer to connect the Chillers unit piping and instrument install and pre-commissioning and commissioning the air conditioning system.
- Responsible engineer Erection the ventilation and air conditioning system (HVAC) in all the site departments and solve the problem in it
- Responsible engineer for insulation the duct routes of the Air-conditioning system
- Responsible engineer for insulation bag filter and main fume channel of the lime kiln shaft in the LIME PLANT.
- Assistant engineer for insulation some parts of the OXYGEN PLANT.

Assisting erection stuff ( ITALIAN GROUP ) in erection and commissioning a new MELTSHOP (140ton Electric Arc Furnace E.A.F , Ladle Furnace LF, Continues Casting Machine CCM, Water Treatment Plant WTP, Oxygen Plant, Lime Plant and Dust collecting Plant ) site engineering

Assisting General operation manger in preparing all REFRACTORY material and spare parts for the new MELTSHOP project

Assisting General civil work manger in solving problems on site and preparing all the technical data to serve the site people in the construction steps from the technical office.

Working in HVAC system, verify the design. And study material handling system and discuss the problem of the system with the design company.
