Senior HR Business Partner

Performance Management: Work with people managers through performance management cases. Analyze data and trends on Employee Relations and performance management, in order to provide input to the business strategy with the relevant HR Business Partner to prevent the recurrence of known issues.
• Strategic HR Leadership: Developing and executing HR strategies that support business goals and foster organizational growth.
• Employee Relations: Managing complex employee relations issues with diplomacy, fairness, and compliance.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring adherence to employment laws and regulations while mitigating HR-related risks.
• Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilizing HR metrics and analytics to drive informed HR decisions and measure outcomes.
• People Development: Enable the success of new & experienced managers by leveraging, delivering and improving existing training content and collaborating with the central Talent Development teams to anticipate and address emerging needs. Support managers and employees in identifying training opportunities to further develop functional and managerial skills.
• HR Compliance: Ensure site regulatory compliance with all KSA labor law requirements and other local regulatory mandates including but not limited to nationalization, Nitaqat, GOSI and WPS. Direct and provide leadership and facilitating work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.
• Onboarding and HR Administration: Design, deliver and constantly improve onboarding programs, in order to guarantee a positive Day 1 employee experience. Partner with HR Services (HRS) to ensure that people transactions are processed timely and processes are continuously reviewed, improved and streamlined.
• Change Management: Successfully leading HR initiatives during times of change, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.

relevant Group Policies and Procedures and providing advice in relation to employee performance, Providing
confidential ad hoc advice and assistance to employees
• Assisting with preparations for disciplinary and grievance hearings as necessary
• Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure
is used to hire staff.
• Developing and managing employee-related program, such as work experience and internships
• Representing the company at job fairs.
• Continuously Review and revise the company’s HR policy and procedures.
• Prepare the company’s organization chart for each department.
• Managing, controlling, monitoring and complying with local authority and Governmental rules and regulation (i.e.
GOSI, MUQEEM, HRDF, etc).
• Attending to Management & supporting to their inquiry & requirement.
• Other job Tasks that may be assigned by top Management. Any time even weekend & holiday.
