• Renewal of the customer’s Learning Permit, scheduling their driving classes with their preferred language speaking Driving Instructor.
• Keep an Account on the student’s payment and transactions, Enlighten them about what payment are to made and what are yet to be paid.
• Had experience of call center.
• Had to make reports for staff duties and overtime
