 Provide analytical support to Manager in executing assigned projects.
 Plan and coordinate project activities for timely completions.
 Establish Project Management Methodologies by developing tailor made
Project Management Guide, Templates, policies and processes according
to the organization requirement.
 Interact with various teams to coordinate project activities.
 Participate in project design meetings
 Work with Project Managers in change order management, project
tracking and document control activities.
 Attend project meetings and follow-up with outstanding tasks.
 Develop project reports for management and clients.
 Oversee project correspondences and prepare and review project related
emails, letters, proposals, memos, meeting minutes and other documents.
 Review contract requirements and process invoices in timely manner.
 Administrating Enterprise Project Management system.
 Managing Enterprise Time Allocation System.
 Prepare bid documents and arrangements to supply these documents to
the customer within defined tender deadlines.
 To organise Bid Team Reviews, L-3 Gate Reviews and Bid Submission
 Maintain status of generic proposals and work with BM team for necessary
actions.
