• Leading the Organization's HR Transformation Project - HRT
• Designing and implementing strategic HR plans and technology, to maximize the value of our HR endeavors that will help the business as a whole
• Initiating and leading human resource programs and projects, including the TRMS covering tangible and intangible rewards, and compensation and benefits structure
• Formulating strategic and practical plans to address human resource matters
• Devising plans and techniques to drive change and culture management
• Creating the HR budget and managing costs within the budget.

• Designing and upgrading Onboarding, Orientation programs, and exit interviews
• Initiating cost-effective methods for recruitment, upgrading systems for high hiring standards
• Optimizing everyday processes
