Architectural Design Services Station -
Apply Saudi Aramco Standard Engineering on the architectural AS built Drawings that serve Office Service business & workplace interior environment.
Office Space Planning & Design: (one year)
Conduct meeting with Office Space Planner to determine requirements and compliance buildings architectural codes. Call for site visit to estimate the project timeline, cost and resources, coordinate with contractors and vendors by providing floor plans that been designed by “Bently Microstation” Drawing software. Close the project by site visit validation and documenting the Specification.
The designed floor plans based on international buildings code specifications for interior design including, material, finishes, space planning, lighting, plumping fixtures, equipment, furniture design layout, color schemes, color coordination and others as required for the interior design of the subject facilities. That’s include MicroStation 2d modification of developing perspective, rendering and design scale model of proposed floor plan.
In addition, coordinate the fabrication, installation and arrangement of carpeting, fixture, accessories, draperies, paint and wall covering, art work, furniture and related items.
Office Space analytics: (two years)
Established office space back charge sqm measurement baseline, formulate the criteria of workspace charges (net area, usable, common and gross area) of real estate. Accurate the DGN drawings of allocation and occupant information for more than 150 buildings. Work with Information technology teams to automate the process of converting the DGN floor plans into Database. Implement monthly drawing validation to +260 floor plans.
Scaled up the project by training Cad Operators to apply the back-charge drawing instructions and maintain drawing change logs. Monitor the efficient of back charge concurrence system by comparing the changing data and analyze processes.
Extend the MicroStation tools with Information Technology team by written VB script to upgrade DGN files into asset management system.
Assist Cad Draftsmen with guidelines and ensure compliance the manual and procedures. Review the quality of all drawings in quarterly basis to ensure correct tenant data submission and initiate corrective action plan.
Conduct Weekly Project Review Meetings to share the project team latest development analysis, review statistical reports and any potential problems.

Autocad and Microstation
1) To take sketches from Cadd supervisor and create new, or modify/revise existing Cadd files using intergraph micro station software v 5.0 or higher to produce vectorised files, intergraph IRAS v 5.0 or higher to convert raster scanned files to vector or hybrid files or AutoCad release to 12 software or higher to produce vectorised files.
2)To liaise with Cadd supervisor to clarify ambiguities in drawings.
3)Familiar with the latest client and Cadd standers.
4)To work with diffrent format (Digital, Raster, etc.)
5)To work with minimum supervision, capable of performing yellow lines check on their on to guarantee accuracy and reduce rework.
6)To take back-ups of work in progress as a security measure.
7)To prepared to work a shift system.
8)To make plot files, configure the plot, oprate plotter and cut trim outputs.
9)To give assistance to other Cadd oprators as required.
10)Take responsibility for keeping a tidy work area around the workstation as well as orderly arrangment on the system, remember that the night shift have to be aware of how the system is configured.
11)Any other adhoc duties as assigned from time to time.
1) Prepare sketches of ideas, detailed drawings, illustrations, artwork, and/or blueprints, using drafting instruments, paints and brushes, or computer-aided design equipment.
2) Direct and coordinate the fabrication of models or samples and the drafting of working drawings and specification sheets from sketches.
3) Modify and refine designs, using working models, to conform with customer specifications, production limitations, or changes in design trends.
4) Coordinate the look and function of product lines.
5) Confer with engineering, marketing, production, and/or sales departments, or with customers, to establish and evaluate design concepts for manufactured products.
6) Present designs and reports to customers or design committees for approval, and discuss need for modification.

Job Description
Coordinate and oversee the project life cycle of marble design projects. Manage projects from conception through the design and completion. Develop the layout plans; Be responsible for fit-out management, procurement management, contract management, budget management, design team management. Coordinate the work of the project and design teams, as well as the numerous contractors who contribute to interior design projects, review the CAD drawings, design presentation and all kinds of delivering, and provide technical assistance to solve all problem and difficulties. Monitor the entire schedule, until the project complete handover. Ensure the project can be completed within the budget and scheduling with the highest quality.
