Being on a project site of Tameer Towers; an architectural complex located in the center of the Business District in Abu Dhabi over Reem Island, my duties as a plant manager encompasses the diverse responsibilities I had taken previously as a plant supervisor plus even more, since the plant requirements of the concurrent towers being built calls for precise planning and organization, dealing with a bigger scale of manpower and labors.

Responsible for all movement of company drivers.
Coordinating with consultant and project managers and planning the machinery allocation as per the site requirement.
Mobilizing and keeping track of machineries at varies site as per the site requirement.
Mantling and dismantling of tower crane.
Troubleshooting electrical circuits.
Routine maintenance, periodic maintenance, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of machineries required at construction site.
Arranging spare parts required at maintenance workplace.
Manpower management, managing and allotting the manpower as per the work requirement.
Planning and executing fabrication work.
Cost calculation for fabrication and maintenance works
Diesel daily consumption report, daily reporting to the General Manager.
