- Extensive End-to-End Operations Management 

- Solid understanding of E-Commerce and retail Industry 

- Solid understanding of Online Software with expertise in backend solutions and troubleshooting 

- P&L Management: Interpretation of Profit & Loss statements and cash flows, financial year target forecasts, implementation of company’s strategic plans for growth 

- Effective management of Operations Team, Accounting & Customer service: extensive experience in managing and communicating with departments involved with operations In order to complete the work life cycle i.e.: Accounting & Customer Service 

- Supplier and vendor Management: Extensive experience in managing suppliers and headhunting for new partnerships 

- Business Development: experience in new business establishment from operations POV. Supply and test operations process enhancements solutions 

- Wide experience in a region that covers: UAE, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman
