Generic Responsibilities but not limited

 Coordinate with Client Focal point/Coordinator for PTW prioritization and ensure all PTW being processes are in accordance with Client priority.

 Check Worksite Supervisor, permit Holders and workers/scaffolders are complying with and understand the system requirements.

 Conduct Periodic meeting to Permit Holders, Worksite Supervisors and Workers/Scaffolders concerning Hazard and Effects Management Process (HEMP), highlight how HAZARDS being identified, assessed, controlled and its recovery measures.

 Ensure all PTW are Logout and Login in SAP system according to stipulated procedures therein before expiration of PTW validity.

 Ensure Tag placed at site is regularly Checked and replaced if missing.

 Identify improvements required in PTW system and confirm its effectiveness in Hazard Management to achieve its objectives.

 Ensure all PTW for finished Projects are login and accepted by operations(OA).

 Coordination and Supervision of scaffolding erection and dismantling as per Client request and specifications.

 Formulate Scaffold General Instruction as mandatory compliance for erection and dismantling of scaffold both onshore and offshore projects.

 Conduct HSE Audit periodically to ensure full compliance of HSE Standard.

 Estimate scaffold volume in terms of material and cubic meters before erection.

 Conduct Scaffold Technical Audit periodically to ensure erection is in accordance with International Standard.

 Conduct Periodic Inspection of Scaffold to ensure tagging and logging system are properly maintained.

 Conduct periodic training on scaffold Safety, Ladder Safety, Working at Height Safety Requirements and erection and dismantling of scaffold in Confine Space.

 Responsible for overseeing, developing, implementing, monitoring and controlling HSEQMS/IMS and PTW system and ensure full compliance.

 Research and design HSE Training Programs and evaluate its effectiveness that will suit to the operational need.

 Coordinate and collaborate to Project HSE Manager, Construction Managers and provide appropriate recommendations on approved HSSEQ standard.

 Oversee the compliance of HSEQ Operational Requirements such as Color Coding System, Tower and Mobile Crane Lifting Activities, Hot Work, Working at Height, Confined Space Entry, Excavation Activity and PPE optimization.

 Conduct scaffold technical audit and ensure tagging and logging system are properly implemented.

 Ensure wide range of HSSEQ awareness such as Induction to all new employee and visitors, Periodic HSSEQ meeting and Training.

 Initiate and lead for management review and revision of existing HSEMS/IMS assessment checklist, HSE Plan, responsibilities and liabilities.

 Site preparation for annual ISO audit and deliver immediate rectification on the NCR issued by ISO auditor.

 Update HSE statistics and prepare monthly HSE report.

 Represent the company in coordinating different government agencies for safety and security programs and ensure full cooperation and support during emergency.

 Spearheaded the implementation and enforcement of Land Transportation Office (LTO) Rules and Regulations (R.A. 4136 -Land Transportation and Traffic Codes, R.A. - 8750 - Seat-Belt Act Law and R.A. 8794 - Anti-Overloading Law.

 Investigate major and minor traffic accident, civil disturbances such as false alarm calls, unlawful intrusion, fire incident, property damaged and seize all unauthorized personnel found in property.

 Conduct semi- annual-Emergency Fire Drill and ensure Fire Prevention Devices and Control measures are in place at all site.

 Evaluate the effectiveness of the training program, research and identify the ideal training module that suit to the need of the operation

 Conduct Safety audit, identify the existing hazards and bring to the concerned and responsible person, monitor and follow up until it shall be corrected.

 Monitor compliance of Safety operational requirements in all sectional process.

 Assist Senior Safety Officer in conducting Training for Confined Space Entry (CSE) and ensure all entrants and attendant understood their duties and responsibilities.

 Conduct Toolbox talk and periodic safety awareness meeting to all workforces and ensure full compliance of Personal Protective Equipment.
