• Preparation and implementation of Project Execution Plan (PEP).
• Attends the Weekly Progress Meetings (Internal as well as with Client)
• Monitors work in progress and prepares weekly report of the status of each assignment.
• Ensuring all procedures and calculations are submitted to the client for review and approval.
• Coordinates materials and assists in the logistics, its shipment and receipt at construction site.
• Coordinates with all project related personnel on day-today progress of work activities, procurement and
operations to ensure timely completion of the project.
• Provide full support as required by the Management and PMT for all project.
• Overall responsibility of the management of site activities including planning, organizing, integrating and directing of resources such as labor, tools and materials as required to complete the work scope according to contractual requirements
• Develop equipment list and participate in Bid Analysis
• Review customer drawings, facilitate pre-fab meetings.
• Participating in technical meetings with the client
• Contribute to the preparation of fabrication and erection plans
• Reviewing work and recognizing performance.
• Providing expert consultation on complex project
• Participates in official performance evaluation of assigned employees.
• Installations and participate in the planning operational and maintenance procedures.
• Coordinate with sub contractor for achieving the goal
• Visiting the site before the installation of product.

Duties & responsibilities:
• In charge of designing and drafting division.
• Using computer-aided design to create detailed designs (sheet metal & solid metal) and specifications.
• Preparing optimum process design and preliminary drawings based on client specifications and/or Sales Department information.
• Preparing a high quality and professionally presented offer in compliance with client’s requirement.
• Coordinating all activities with the different departments to collect all necessary information to develop the optimum technical commercial proposal.
• Supporting and assisting Sales Department for the technical negotiation and clarification during tender review and/or order review.
• Assisting with costing analysis and participating in components/products selection.
• Controlling and validating Operation and Maintenance Manual and keeping track of developments in the technology, process and the market and conduct necessary updates of the designs.
• Participating in technical meetings with the client.
• Developing innovative design and engineering solutions for the client. Also performing any other duties related to his area of expertise as assigned Technical manager.
• Cad drafting and detailing for Our Products.
• Preparing Technical Drawing and technical data's in our Project approval purpose.

• Monitoring the job as per required by client.
• Liaises with stores section to ensure availability and delivery of required tools, Materials and equipment.
• Ensuring all progress and productivity reporting are accurate and on time.
• Make the status in daily basis of site work in erection time.
• Reviewing work and recognizing performance.

• Ensure observance of safety rules, regulations and practices.
• Visiting the site before the installation of product.
