• Routine maintenance and trouble shooting of Mechanical equipment.
• Knowledge in SAP system, checking of job notification, BOM's, P&ID's and closing of work orders through SAP
• Servicing and repair of Mechanical Seals.
• Servicing and overhauling Mechanical Equipment such as Pumps, Compressors and Steam Turbine.
• Conducting alignment of Driver-Driven equipment.
• Vibration and Temperature Check for the equipments.
• Visit construction sites to observe conditions and to identify solutions for the equipment that are not functioning well.
• Visit construction sites to do QA inspections for the newly installed equipments.
• Collaborate with Mechanical engineers and other personnel to identify, define and solve developmental problems.
• Prepare report and record on the job progress or file for future reference.
• Plan, schedule and monitor work of support personnel to assist supervisor.
• Plan method and sequence of operations for developing work procedures
• Software and Windows Installation
• Pc trouble shooting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office.
• Lathe Operator & Milling Operator
• Surface Grinder and Sensitive Drill Press operator
• Primary and Secondary Tapping
• Primary Transformer Installation
