1. Prepares/reviews reports and forecasts, including summary of construction progress, job manpower forecasts
2. Monitors the activities of subcontractors to ensure compliance with specifications and procedures.
3. Responsible for the implementation of corporate/project policies, procedures and instructions within assigned operations.
4. Ensures all safety codes, requirements and standards are being complied within assigned area of responsibility.
5. Oversees the implementation of work packages, from approval to work thru package closeout and post maintenance testing.
6. Works with resident and contractor design engineering personnel to coordinate implementation activities.
7. Works with resident operating personnel to coordinate implementation activities.
8. Provides oversight of field activities to ensure personnel and nuclear safety.
9. Keeps project management informed of project status, highlighting deviations from plans.
10. Anticipates potential problem areas and analyzes and recommends solutions or corrective actions.
11. Responsible for oversight of field construction operations within assigned areas
12. Determines/reviews/reports manpower requirements for filed activities.
13. Monitors scheduled work to be performed and reviews work accomplished.
14. Prepares/reviews schedules, construction methods and procedures as assigned.
1. As QA/QC Representative for HESS Pangkah-Indonesia .Ltd and manage for team of NDT (Radiography, MT/PT, UT) from PT. Spektra Megah Semesta at project of HESS.
2. Use visual inspections to ensure that products meet specifications in terms of dimension, color and physical appearance.
3. A visual inspection can look for cosmetic defects that do not affect the function of the product, but make it unsuitable for sale to customers. In some industries such as the food manufacturing industry, inspectors can use taste and smell to determine the quality of a final product.
4. Perform an inspection on materials coming into the manufacturing facility from vendors and on assemblies during the production process.
5. Performs functional testing on final products such as turning knobs, installing batteries and using the product to ensure that it works properly.
6. Check samples of a production run to ensure that parts meet specifications at any point in the production process.
7. Records information on his findings during a quality inspection. This can include measurements, test results and visual defects.
1. Develop ITP (inspection and Test Plan) with MIGAS and user.
2. Review documents for material certificate, material traceability, welder certificate, NDT operator certificate, Design calculation and Manufacture data reports the equipments such as;Pressure vessel, Storage tank, Pipeline and crane.
3. Perform visual inspection on equipments uch as;Pressure vessel, Storage tank, Pipeline and crane.
4. Witness and approve for Hidrotest, Load test.
5. Develop Minutes of meeting (Berita Acara) inspection and testing.
6. Develop report of inspection for each equipments.
7 Submitt report of inspection to MIGAS.
