KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic: Monitor the Liebherr-Africa (Pty) Ltd machine unit's population increase and geographical concentration and establish
precise maximum and minimum order levels at the Liebherr-Africa (Pty) Ltd Regional Operations. Set sales targets and monitor
progress and discuss results with the GM.

Customer Care: Attend/Telecommunications meetings with major customers to manage queries, complaints and build customer
relations (Internal and External including LWE) . Monitor price increases and negotiate customer contract renewals in conjunction with Workshop Manager. Set daily sales targets, monitor daily progress, discuss results with the GM and establish action plans.
Check that customer purchase order report tally with Baan back order report and all expediting is attended to.

Customer Parts invoicing accuracy: Check and review on a weekly basis the Turn over Report to ensure invoices recorded in
Baan appear on the system; Review the Baan Turn over Report weekly.

Logistics: Reconcile and allocate monthly freight accounts for the Liebherr-Africa (Pty) Ltd. Manage and control LWE freight
costs, parts costs, and cost of sales.

Parts Availability; Test on a weekly basis that the first pick availability is above 85%, if not, investigate and plan actions. Order
must be 100% picked by seventh day, if not, investigate and plan actions. Manage slow moving stock and ensure required stock
turns are achieved as per divisional requirements. Purchase and negotiate on bought out items. Ensure that parts exception reports
are maintained and managed. Monitor dead stock/stock turns and drive the increase in stock turns for the division. Negotiate
credits from LWE for all over R50, 000-00 non movers.

Supervisory requirements: Ensure staffs in the main branch have the necessary training and development. Assist the GM Parts on man power and skill development requirements. Conduct audits in the various Liebherr-Africa (Pty) Ltd Regions and report
findings to the GM Parts. Assist parts staff and operations management as and when required- (Traveling to these regions will be
required)

Reporting: Compile weekly sales, back order and expediting reports for the GM Parts, and report on performance and achievement of results. Weekly Work In Progress Reports to GM
