• Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all current IT systems
• Responsible for IT budget and monitor and control the IT expenditure.

• Successfully supervised and developed new MIS for the School, also helped creating Alumni, Internet and Email marketing mechanisms.
• Communicate regularly with management and all users of information services and systems
• Manage and develop IT staff, responsible for training, evaluation, guidance and discipline
• Develop standard operating procedures and best practices
• Ensure the creation and maintenance of all written documentation, including system and user manuals, license agreements, and documentation of modifications and upgrades
• Keep current with the latest technologies and determine which new technology solutions and implementations will meet business and system requirements
• Troubleshoot all technology issues
• Maintain log and/or list of required repairs and maintenance
• Connect and set up hardware
• Load all required software
• Provide network accounts and passwords as required
• Monitor security of all technology
• Ensure maximum issue resolutions in minimum time
• Evaluate new information systems products or services and suggest changes to existing products or services to better aid the end user
• Ensure proper functioning of company’s information processing system and makes upgrades as necessary
• Assist business operations utilise information systems to improve efficiency
• Managing a hybrid networking environment of Windows Server 2011, Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Mac OS X, iOS, Google Apps, Moodle and Android.
