Business Bay Lagoons, Extension of Dubai Creek (Client: Dubai Municipality, 8 MUSD)
• In charge of the Design, Methods, shop drawings and approvals, follow up of Procurement.
• Liaise with Project Manager, Construction Manager and Client.
• Project: excavation works, Lagoon dewatering and flooding, dredging works, sea wall construction, pilling.
• Short Project completed on time with no major issues, and a satisfied client.
Rehabilitation of Dolphins In Ras Laffan, Berth 4 (Client: Qatar-Gas, 45M USD) Main Qatar Port for LNG export
Short Mission to give a push to the design / methods / procurement
Dolphins are concrete structures in the port against which super tankers are moored during tanks filling with LNG.
• In Charge of Developing Methods: 550 tons Steel Floating Caissons to be installed around the dolphins to strengthen the concrete structure. Marine works using Crane Barges, Excavators, Tug Boats.
• Design of steel temporary structures & Procurement Follow up and coordination of team works
Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi Project (Client: MUBADALA. Contract Value: 4, 2 Bn AED)
• Took over and re-launched very critical packages on the Hospital’s construction.
• Contractual Termination of previous subcontractor, hiring of 2 others. Contractual follow up.
• Coordination with other packages. Negotiations and follow up of suppliers. Problem solving.
• Management of subcontractors on site, progress against planning. Quality control inspections.
Dubai Tramway Project (Al Sufouh Transit System Project, 3.5 Bn AED) \n• Managing parts of the project: Dubai Marina Bridges and viaduct, to be used for the tram tracks. \n• Tender, subcontractors selection, negotiations and contract preparation (Hundred thousands AED) \n• Follow up of subcontractors, planning, budget. Problem solving. \n• Engineering interface between the Civil work Designer: PARSONS, the Transit System Partner: ALSTOM, the Consultant SYSTRA (Technical representative of RTA, the Customer). \n• Preparation of Methods statements, drawings, Checking of Calculation notes. \n• Dealing with developers: Emaar, Dubai Properties, Tecom, and utilities companies: DEWA, Etisalat, Du \n• Dealing with Authorities, RTA Roads, Rail & Marine Departments, Police for road closure & marine works. \n• Coordination of works with Safety, Quality, construction and Marine departments

Ran the plant alone after 1month training.
Opening and startup of the plant early morning. Planning and coordination of the deliveries with truck drivers. Cement, aggregates and Chemical additives stocks management. Plant operating. Washing and closing of plant at night.
Loader driving license (CACES 4) obtained to take this job.
