Complete responsibilities for the Plant operations /Production/Management.

Managing the Quality Control & Assurance as per Technical standard ASTM.

Planning production export & local on the customer required Timelines.

Direct & Control state-of-the-art manufacturing plant engaged in the business of manufacturing of high class lubricants such as - Engine
Oil, Industrial Oil, Marine Engine Oil, Two Stroke Engine Oil, Gear Oil, Specialty Product, Transmission Fluids & Coolant, Automotive &
Industrial Greases and re-packaging of Coolant, Grease and Break Fluid. Guide the strategic production planning process & Reporting it
to the MD.
► Prepare/Modifies periodic production program based on sales forecast and market situations.
► Identification, technical evaluation and development of vendors for Packaging Materials, additves, Greases,
Brake Fluids, Bulk Storage facilities and Transportation in contrast with demand & supply for the requirement of
production.
► Maintain complete records of production programs, shutdowns (planned & unplanned) for any future
Analysis.
► Maintain all reports required by the Management including analysis reports, performance reports,
Control reports and work flow reports.
► Recommending new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in
Efficiency of the department and services performed.
► Follow up of Purchases, Production Planning and Loading of finished goods as per requirement.
►Planning of raw material, packaging materials and finished bought out products.
► Verification of every batch according to given specifications/customer requirements.
►Formulation and Costing of various Engine, Hydraulic, Gear, Marine & Industrial Oils.
► Maintain complete analysis reports for all products as per defined procedures and policy.
► Technical Assistance to Sales-Marketing Staff and Customers for Product and Business Development.
► Coordination with auditors and implementing recommendations, if any, for improving the system,
And take corrective action wherever required.
► Coordination with various Suppliers for bought out materials.
► Coordination with Logistics Team for shipment of finish products.
► Handling of Products Inspections.
► Handling and planning of man power.
►Production Planning of various product ranges.
► New Packaging / Products Development.
►Provides process familiarization and training to the new recruit in the Company.

Managing the production & planning in to the two shift systems with 80 employees.
 Full responsibility for the production planning, targets and order execution meeting deadlines with proper Quality control
Management, material procurement, plant, machinery & equipment maintenance.
 Provide leadership to production team to accomplish production goals and monitored out-put.
 Implement and maintain production related schedules for assigned area co-coordinating utilization of equipment, material and
staff resources.
 Develop and ensure equipment maintenance programs are maintained to provide a flexible, safe and continuous quality
production environment.
 Ensure that established practices, procedures and quality standards are maintained and followed by performing
regular checks on the progress and quality of work as per International Standards.
 Develop and implement improved quality management system including control plans and SOPs.
 Continuously monitor and optimize utilization of materials and human capital by strict adherence to operation standards.
 Implement productivity improvement and cost reduction initiatives to assist in market competitiveness and product reliability.
 Implement and promote product quality and workplace safety awareness programs to attain zero accident results. Support
production area activities in a hands-on manner to assist in achieving unit performance objectives.
 Coordinate all the local municipality requirements, preventive maintenance programs & spare parts maintenance.
 Maintain clean, hygienic and orderly work environment as per company policy.
 Establish and maintain effective human resources programs which enable the company to attract, develop, motivate and retain
high caliber staff in a cost effective manner. Control cost of manpower utilized as against the budget.
 Ensure staff awareness of work area specific and overall company policies, procedures.
 Perform inventory control, monitoring of production procedures and processes and carry out risk assessment.

Responsible for day-to-day laboratory testing and batch processing/ testing for final production. Maintain a log for each batch produced
and transformed into finished goods. Controls and engaged in quality testing of lubricant batches by performing tests such as - Kin.
Viscosity test, TBN, Flash Point (COC), Pour Point, Sulphated Ash, Anti-foam, CCS (Cold cranking )as per ASTM Methods. Reporting to
Production dept. by approving the batch for filling in different packaging’s.
Responsible for lube oil formulations & costing of the final blend with respect to Quality as per International Standards & Commercial
viability.
Technical support to our marketing & sales department.
Used oil sample analysis.
Making the inventory for the additives & base oil on weekly basis & reporting to Operations/procurement team.
Continuous improvement on the quality control & assurance as per ISO system.
Adhering to company's corporate R & D confidential policy.
Development of the synthetic & semi synthetic blends.
Assisting the production team in planning by continuously updating the batch status.
