Since March, 2007, I am working with QATAR PEST CONTROL COMPANY, Doha-Qatar as Lead Auditor for QMS & ISO - Management Representative.

Assess Quality Management System implemented in unbiased manner, Lead or act as Observer to Internal Auditor to ensure fair, well planned and effective audits, Initiate action to prevent occurrence of product/ process conformance, Identify and record any quality problem, Report to the Top Management regarding performance and need for improvement of Quality Management System

Elevated as Administration Manager in January 2013 and handling administrative matters of the Company, Recruitments, Sending interview call letters, Preparation of appointment letters, drafting advertisements for manpower requirements, secretarial activities, Maintain and respond correspondences from the client and handling International Purchases, office administration.

In addition to my defined roles and responsibilities as the Management Representative and Lead Auditor, I have been consistently going the extra mile by handling multiple other tasks, the details of which I furnish below for your esteemed reference:

1. Managing of Overseas Purchase and Communications with international suppliers. Handling major local purchases.

2. Drafting letters, inter-office memos, Circulars, Warning & Termination letters, drafting email communications for other departments.

3. Preparing documents required for tenders and assisting / guiding Sales Dept. in submitting Tenders.

4. Providing full-fledged secretarial assistance to the General Manager.

5. Managing Workshop activities such as scheduling of vehicles for routine maintenance/repairs, following up and ensuring that vehicles are repaired and maintained timely.

6. Write ups for the Company Brochures, Websites of Qatar Pest Control, Trade Chem Ltd etc.

7. Writing articles for the International Magazines, write ups for the Press Release in the local Newspapers etc.

8. Preparing Standard Operating Procedures for each Process at QPC and DPC, reviewing the same and ensuring that it is revised from time to time.

9. Handling recruitments of professionals, drafting advertisements for manpower requirements, communications with manpower agencies and candidates.

ACHIEVEMENTS AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS AT QPC

Please allow me to highlight and showcase my achievements and accomplishments at QPC which have been beneficial both for me as an individual and for QPC as an organization:

1. Establishing a Quality Management System from scratch and implementing the same as per ISO standards, enabling QPC & DPC to achieve the required ISO certification, which is a business need in today’s competitive world.

2. Consultancy provided to Doha Pest Control in establishing their Quality Management System from scratch and achieving ISO Certification whereby saved the consultation charges (QR. 25, 000/-) which was paid by QPC for appointing Velosi as Consultant for this job. After Certification, as Management Representative of DPC, periodically monitoring the Quality Management System by conducting Internal Audits and ensuring that it is implemented at all functional levels as per ISO standards.

3. Organizing and coordination with IFP Qatar for participation as an Exhibitor in Qatar Projects Exhibition for the last 3 years.

4. Successfully implementing Vehicle Tracking System in coordination with CGC, Qatar.
