• Prepare training materials and conduct training and educational programs aiming at raising the HSE awareness of the employees.
• Provide new-employees with health and safety orientation as well as other essential trainings as required by the HSE program.
• Lead thorough effective safety leadership by being responsible for administration and implementation of management system
• ensure a safe working environment without harm to persons or environment
• Incident reports and investigation by using Kelvin top set techniques
• Ensure compliance with company HSSE policies by all personnel, support personal and take time out for safety if necessary

• perform induction for all new crew members and visitors
• perform random PTW audits
• Coordinate and track the closeout of the daily RADAR cards
• File and maintain copies of all JHA/TRA/SOP's records, and ensure that all crew member are complying with it
• Assist the supervisors with maintaining and updating the Improvement Commitment Register, Audit Action Registers, and Incident Tracking

• Investigate health-related complaints and inspect facilities to ensure that they comply with public health legislation and regulations.
• Provide knowledge and professional guidance to the employees on related practices, policies and procedures to ensure compliance and implementation.
• Carry out risk assessments and environmental aspect and impact registers.

• Recently, moved to the head office to monitor and evaluate the HSSE field issues and to provide genuine solutions to field problems.
• Update and monitor the implementation of the emergency response plan in the head office.
• Ensure that the quality management system is fully implemented on all EDC rigs.
• Execute internal QMS audits & rigs technical inspections in accordance with the approved QMS audit plan lined with the risk assessment and laws, regulations, policies and standards governing the Internal Audit function.
• Develop a strong safety culture within the work force.
• Assist in the development of company HSE procedures.
• Responsible for leading heavily technical audits, including establishing an audit program and independently testing various areas.
• Document and evaluate complex and diverse technical processes across the company when required.
• Responsible for timely reporting of the audit findings & for preparing the audit report & the audit follow up sheet, which will be approved by the QMS. • Review economy and efficiency with which resources are employed: review operations of the company including Operations, Service, Production, Engineering, and report recommendations to eliminate duplication, waste, etc.
• Ensure that rig site management is debriefed on all audit findings in professional & documented manner and that all items are fully understood & acknowledged.
