Managing HSSE Aspects in behalf of Aqaba Development Company (Jordanian Government) in the Management of New Aqaba Port Construction (Jetty, Pier, Silos, Infrastructure, dredging, etc.)

Onsite EHS Manager

1. Review and approve all site HSE Plans, procedures, and method statements 2. Adopt and implement client HSE procedures and rules 3. Review and implement PTW system 4. Review and approve all HSE training material need for site and supervisor and assess all HSE training sessions conducted onsite. 5. Conduct periodic and regular site inspections, audits and lead the site audits for all site contractors. 6. Establish ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001Management plan, program, documents and procedures. 7. Lead & Conduct internal audits against ISO 9001:2008 and OHSAS 18001:2007. 8. Conduct training for company staff to be able to conduct internal audits against ISO 9001:2008 and OHSAS18001:2007. 9. Coordinate with external consultant and certification bodies in order to prepare for certificate and external audits 10. Follow up with external certification body and cover any reside NCR till get the certificate. 11. Working Sites Monitoring, Surveying and improving in both Quality assurance and HSE fields. 12. prepare HSE correspondences( Internal & External) 13. Prepare and Complete ISO 9001 & OHSAS 18001forms, documents and record it. 14. Prepare HSE reports. 15. Provide and coordinate the required HSE training for all staff levels. 16. Coordinate the Weekly and the Monthly HSE meetings. 17. Evaluate the plant/site HSE performance. 18. Assist head divisions in order to complete the risk assessment & HSE objectives 19. Assist the management to identify HSE responsibilities. 20. Set the plant/site emergency plan, procedure and HSE requirements. 21. Establish and maintain liaison with the government and HSE Associations. 22. Place the HSE related Purchasing orders. 23. Advice the management of issues raised or decisions made by various associations related to HSE and may affect the Company. 24. participate in the resolving of on/off site issues by: 25. Lead the investigation of the Accident/Incidents or Near miss, NCR and analyze it in order to set the suitable corrective/preventive actions. 29. Record and Analyze incident, accident, near miss NCR and follow up the taken corrective and/or preventive actions. 30. Determine and Review the requirements of HSE, Set the instructions and publish it. 31. Determine the fire fighting requirements, distribution, Status. 32. Review the Efficiency of the fire fighting systems and equipments. 33. Supervise first Aid Facilities, medical care and the medical records. 34. Prepare safety reports. 35. Perform PoWAR, AZDP, Tool Box Talk - pre start meeting, Safety moments. 36. Inspect and monitor the workplace safety. 37. Check the PPE requirements, usage and condition. 38.
