Managed a team of 9 HSE professional covering all related activities in NUB campus (Nahda University in Beni Suef, a private university) with total population 7000 students and 1200 employees.

• Recorded 1 million hours exposure of work completed without Lost Time Injury LTI by all organizational staff and contractors awarded by Egyptian Kuwait Holding Company.
• Instrumental in obtaining renewal for ISO 9001: 2008 (Quality Management System); ISO 14001: 2004 (Environmental Management System) and BS OHSAS (Occupational Health & Safety System) certifications.
Key Responsibilities - QHSE Senior Engineer:
• Developed the HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that employees & contractors carry out their duty in a secure environment within established KPI’s without LTIs.
• Communicated and adhered to all applicable laws and regulation pertaining to Health Safety and Environments requirements; identified all associated risk and suggesting cost effective compliance strategy for mitigating risk.
