Develop and strengthen Business relations with Existing Clients and New Clients.
* Represent the company and the Management in all Official affiliations when required - locally and internationally.

* Prepare fee proposals/contracts as per need for company’s assets, industry practices, and project requirements.
* Obtain new project briefs, assign team, and interface with client as well as any other third party working on project to meet
project deliverables; while maintaining client relationship.
* Develop works schedule for the design process; study resource & time requirements; and ensure compliance with project
requirements; engage in tasks to avoid conflict with pre-scheduled tasks.
* Oversee tender management process, handle contracts, and meet performance targets
* Handle day to day operations in the Design Studio & onsite; and monitor progress on assigned tasks as delegated to the station
team.
* Supervise site, coordinate with project stakeholders on design concept, plan jobs & manage design works on weekly basis.
* Risk Management Assessment for ongoing projects either in office or on site.
Obtain project brief, broken down into project stages and guided clients on the interior design factors
* Handle interior detailing, select finishes for flooring, walls, ceiling, furnishings, fixtures & fittings, etc.
