Assist in planning and organizing agents’ activities to successfully meet or exceed all goals.
Review monthly and annual reports tracking budget variance, production.
Handle complex accounts including multi - line of business accounts.
Ordering and processing renewal and change requests with an emphasis on Clients' insurance needs.
Assists clients with reporting/ settle claims.
